Can I use Stolets when the internet goes down?
Yes, supported offline selling workflows continue on a device that has already been set up and authorised. Sales are saved locally and sync after reconnection. Signing up, activating services and confirming provider payments still need internet access.
Do I need to buy a new till?
You can start with a compatible Android phone or tablet. Printers, scanners and dedicated counter devices depend on your setup. Confirm compatibility with the Stolets team before buying hardware.
What belongs in the app and the Back Office?
Stolets Business is for daily work such as selling, transactions and basic stock. The Back Office is the larger web workspace for your catalogue, reports, staff, settings and business controls. The customer product, Stolets, is a separate app with its own rollout.
Can I manage more than one business or outlet?
Stolets is designed to grow across outlets and support authorised business switching. Available outlets, users, devices and management controls depend on your plan and setup.
Is there a free plan?
Stolets Start is the planned entry option for the smallest merchants. A free offer, its limits and launch availability are not confirmed here. Ask the team for the current options and a written quote before making a commitment.
