Commercial model
Stolets uses a clear operating core, optional workflow depth and separately disclosed external services. Public prices are published only after approval; until then, a written quote is the source of commercial truth.
A quote identifies the exact plan, outlets, users, devices, workflow modes, support tier, billing frequency, taxes, effective date and renewal terms. Creating an account or viewing a demonstration does not create a paid commitment.
Any trial must state its scope, expiry behavior, grace period, data access, suspension, reactivation, cancellation and export process. Paid add-ons are never preselected and optional marketing permission is not a condition of service.
Hardware, implementation, messaging, payments, delivery and third-party provider charges are shown separately with the provider or complaints owner. A Stolets subscription does not automatically include finance, insurance or another regulated service.
Savings, revenue growth, uptime, compliance, provider availability and financial-access claims require approved evidence for the relevant market and period. A demonstration, pilot result or future capability is labelled as such and is not presented as a guaranteed merchant outcome.
